I don’t know if it’s because of the silicone, but my nasal tip is upturned and the overall line looks too artificial, so it doesn’t suit me. I really want revision surgery, but I’m debating whether I should remove the silicone completely and get revision surgery without an implant..... I’m planning to carefully do my research online and visit clinics in person, but what do you think of Siwoo, Cowon, Yoo Won-il, and Dareum? The surgical method is important too, but for me, I think whether the line looks natural is more important for now
