This time it was my fifth nose revision surgery, and my original nose was very dramatic and had severe nostril show. The costal cartilage warped and the columella and support structure were badly crooked, so I also had chin augmentation. Of course I am not 100% satisfied with the surgical result, but the plan I had laid out was improved almost perfectly. They also used a dermal implant, and absorption rates differ from person to person. Mine is on the faster side, so I am planning an as-needed touch-up for that part.
