The doctor explained things passionately, but for over 30 minutes they kept talking as if they were trying to defend their own position, which was a bit exhausting. They said things like the Indian band could make improvement difficult and went on with a long explanation about skin grooves and all sorts of things, and by the end I was completely drained. On top of that, the receptionist was rude, and the waiting time was way too long. The whole hospital looked disorganized, scattered, and chaotic. Even after I was finally guided into the doctor's office, I still had to wait there for over 20 minutes for the doctor to show up. Overall, I felt there wasn't enough consideration for customers, so it was a pretty disappointing visit.
