The doctors and staff are generally kind, and although the clinic is not brand new, it’s not bad. Compared with chain-style factory dermatology clinics, it feels like they pay a bit more attention to you. Consultation is available before procedures, and you can also choose your doctor. The hair-removal machine is not a top-tier machine like GentleMax Pro, probably because most of the clients are women, but it was still reasonably effective for female underarm hair removal. I’ve had about 10 sessions in total, and now the hair barely grows back, so I’m satisfied.
