I didn't want to use rib cartilage for my first surgery, but I couldn't tell whether everything could be covered with septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and it seemed like I would have to agree to using rib cartilage for the surgery to be possible, so I felt very disappointed. Donated rib cartilage was 1,000,000 won and autologous rib cartilage was an additional 1,500,000 won.
