Eye Surgery Reviews

Unique community review

My first double-eyelid surgery done with the buried suture method came completely undone, so I went around consulting different revision surgery clinics, and this was the first one. The clinic was smaller and quieter than I expected. I liked that they did the consultation exactly at my scheduled time with no waiting. The doctor was extremely kind and explained things in a calm, careful way. I had thought I had a lot of fat in my eyes, but he said that because of the brow bone structure there is little space between the eyes and brows, so the skin has no choice but to protrude, and that there is actually not much fat above the eyes. He also explained the ratio of white visible before and after the iris, and said lower canthoplasty or outer canthoplasty were not necessary. The line he drew for me was the one I liked best out of all the clinics I visited. The explanation was intuitive and every part made sense, so the consultation was very satisfying. The price is fixed, and there is a 2-year aftercare period. Considering the line he marked and what the director said during the consultation, I want to have the revision surgery here, but I am a little worried it might become puffy and rounded, and I am also hesitant because upper-eye fat repositioning is unfamiliar to me. I read the reviews carefully too, and there are occasionally ones saying it went badly, so I am worried.
