The waiting area was fine and clean. The atmosphere was pleasant. There was no separate consultation at all, and they didn’t ask where my concern was or anything like that. They just had me fill out the consent form and sent me straight in for the procedure. The event said the whole face, but when I actually got there they told me to choose either the double chin or the cheeks, so please keep that in mind. I chose the double chin, and the procedure time for both together was about 10 minutes. They didn’t do anything on the double chin and only did some procedure on my neck, so the bruising only showed up on my neck too. After the procedure, they applied cream for me, but it wasn’t the doctor. A nurse-like staff member came and applied it, and they hadn’t even washed their hands; they applied the cream directly to my face with the same hands they had been touching things with, which was really unpleasant. Since the bruising was only on my neck, the effect is naturally zero now, one month later.
