[Clinic A] review after lower blepharoplasty

I’m 27 years old (25 in international age), and I came in for lower blepharoplasty because fat under my eyes was bulging out and it looked like it was sagging. They came in about 20 minutes later than my scheduled time, and after looking at my chart they said that because of my farsightedness I must have come for lower blepharoplasty even though I’m still young, but they didn’t separately talk about the surgical method or how much it would improve me. The lower bleph consultation was over in about 2 minutes. I also asked about doing a single-point buried suture because I didn’t like the double eyelid folding in at the inner corner, and they told me that in a case like mine I would need epicanthoplasty, and that the ratio of the white area in front of the iris and behind the iris was quite different, so they recommended adjusting that a bit through epicanthoplasty. I paid the deposit right away, had the consultation on Saturday, and had surgery the following Wednesday. Right before surgery, for the lower blepharoplasty they didn’t do a separate consultation and only designed the area with a pen, and for the epicanthoplasty they said 1 mm might be a bit too much, so we should do only 0.7 mm. In the end, now that I’m approaching 4 weeks after surgery, I’m 100% satisfied with the lower blepharoplasty, but the epicanthoplasty has little difference before and after, so I’m only 50% satisfied. With the 0.7 mm epicanthoplasty, it doesn’t seem like the doctor’s claim of “roughly balancing the white area in front of and behind the iris” was very effective. Maybe it’s a problem with my eyes, but the shape of the inner corners on the right and left is different, the degree of lacrimal caruncle exposure is different, and most of all the line from the inner corner into the double eyelid is also different. When I asked on KakaoTalk, they said the Mongolian fold had been removed well and that if I was still dissatisfied after a month (4 weeks), they’d arrange another consultation, but the doctor seems so busy and like the type who pushes through their own opinion rather than really listening to the patient, so I’m not sure we’ll communicate well.
