My shoulders were rolled forward, so my shoulder line wasn't pretty, and I also had pain bad enough to interfere with daily life I tried medication prescribed by the pain clinic and also combined physical therapy and manual therapy, but the effect only lasted while I was receiving treatment, and afterward it would always return to how it was.
