Eye Surgery Considerations

Review of this community's clinic

1. They hide it well on the website and elsewhere, but in reality it seems to be a two-doctor system with Director Jeong and another director. I do not know why they hide that... 2. This is a clinic with extremely strong love-it-or-hate-it reactions. People who like it seem to like it a lot. 3. The prices on the website are very low, but once you go in for a consultation and actually look at the menu board, the prices are insanely high. 4. I got Botox while lying on a bed, and when I went for Botox around the eye wrinkles, they said that area did not need it and that the area under the eyes and this other spot (I cannot remember exactly which area, but it was around the eye area) was actually worse, so they took a photo with my phone, looked at it together, checked which area was worse, and changed it to the area the director suggested. 5. The doctor kept following some resident(?) junior female doctor. 6. They looked at the needle marks and asked what I had done, and were very curious about other clinics. How much was it, is that not the place that does ~~, what do they use there, and so on. 7. Being curious is fine, but they gossip way too much about other clinics!!! And they trash other clinics' treatment results way too much. I went there after getting lip filler, and when they saw my lips they said it was unfortunate, that the symmetry was off in every way, and how could that be a lip filler result... My lips were originally really, really thin, and I was satisfied that 1.5 cc made them this much bigger; I actually liked that they looked natural, but hearing them talk about this place and that place made me self-conscious, so not long after that I went to another clinic and got lip filler again 8. Rather than respecting the patient's opinion, they seem to have the answer they want, and they have enormous pride in their own skill. 9. But the result was good, so I have nothing to say... Honestly, injecting Botox under the eyes is really hard, but it did not look weird when I smiled, it looked incredibly natural, the wrinkles were gone, and there was no bruising, so I was surprised... Because of that, I want to go back... But the consultation with the manager and the doctor's personality are barriers. 10. I was surprised that it was more expensive than I expected (apart from the prices clearly written on the website, it felt like they could charge whatever they wanted). 11. Usually, if someone says they are going to inject Botox in area A, I would think they would inject directly into area A or at least around it, and that is how it has always been until now. But here they inject into an unusual place as well. I was like, why there? I felt super anxious, but the result is good;; Whether they understand anatomy well or whatever, the result is good... 12. Conclusion: it is a clinic with skill, but it feels like they hide a lot... The website prices are really low, but if the area changes even a little, or if the filler or Botox origin changes, the price shoots up... The director is a bit too unfiltered when speaking.
