This was a re-re-re-revision surgery, so I had a lot of concerns and felt pressured even before the operation. Most hospitals said they had to take out rib cartilage, but here they preserved the septal cartilage and did the surgery naturally without the feeling of unnecessary treatment. After surgery, they removed the splint in just 3 days without nasal packing, and because it was non-open, breathing was much better and the swelling was not severe. More than anything, the area between the eyebrows was lowered naturally, the lifted tip was brought down, and the correction for visible nostrils came out so beautifully, but I did develop scar tissue inside the nose and got one injection for it, and I think it needs a bit more treatment.
