I had facial contouring surgery here 15 years ago, but I can’t remember the doctor’s name. My cheekbones didn’t come down enough, so I had to have surgery twice with tears in my eyes. My chin was recessed, so I advanced the chin point, but now I regret not having advanced the entire lower jaw with double jaw surgery. Back then, the doctor kept focusing on my protruding mouth and talked about that part a lot, but if I had studied more and understood my own face better, I think I would have strongly asked to improve the mandibular deficiency. Thinking about why the doctor did not focus on the lower jaw, I think he was trying to improve it with a method like chin advancement rather than a big surgery like double jaw surgery.
