I had nose surgery with only ear cartilage and no implant. I still really like the frontal shape of my nose, but after several years have passed since the surgery, cartilage has accumulated too much at the tip, the skin has gradually become thinner, and the nasal tip cartilage has become visible, so I’m having revision surgery.. It shows up as a round white area. Also, one side of the nose cartilage felt a bit sharp when I touched it right after surgery, so I asked about it and was told it was fine, but that specific point turned red and seemed like it might break through, so I’m getting revision surgery. I liked it and thought I wouldn’t need revision surgery, so I was living well, but that’s how it turned out.
