3 years after surgery, I had Sebin implant surgery and submuscular inframammary incision. So far I am satisfied with everything except the scar. The shape came out well, and the feel and movement are both good whether I am sitting or walking. When lying down, well... it is inevitably the fate of augmented breasts to look a bit off, haha... Still, even when lying down, it feels soft like silicone! If I lie slightly on my side, it is not very noticeable either. As for the scar, maybe because my skin is very thick and firm, even after getting the scar correction the clinic provides at the 1-year mark, one side did not remain as a line and left a patch-like scar instead... Because of the scar correction procedure, the scar got longer, so I am wondering whether I should ask for one more correction or just give up. Anyway, no one sees it except my boyfriend, so,, For breasts, no matter how small the doctor makes the incision, that is not what matters. Scars are just about skin type, so if you have thick skin and easily scarred, strong skin, you should go with an armpit incision. But since I lost about 4 to 5 kg compared with when I had the surgery, when I stretch my arms or move them upward, I can slightly see the outline of the implant. If you plan to diet after surgery, you should probably lose the weight first and then do it. I am thinking about whether I should get fat graftingㅜㅡㅜ
