I went to get a consultation after hearing they were famous while looking into lower eyelid fat. But there are several surgeons there, and it still took about a month to get a consultation.. I did book around the hours that were impossible because of work, but the wait for the consultation felt way too long. When I actually went, there were not many customers, and the consultation started almost right away. In the end, they explained that I would not be able to get the dramatic effect I was imagining, so I do trust them (because of pigmentation), but it also made me feel like I did not really need to do it. I liked that they explained in detail why it would not work and what the progress would be like if I went ahead. If you have fat under the eyes, it might be worth a visit.
