I consulted about correction for a bulbous nose, a dorsal hump, and columella lengthening, and they did take a CT scan, but the consultation was not carried out while looking at the CT. I wondered why they took it, but the consultation itself was detailed. They recommended costal cartilage, and said they would use it together with the septum during surgery. They mentioned a lot of materials to be used, so I felt a little pressured, but it was the consultation I expected because the aesthetics matched. Still, it was a rather formal consultation and they were not especially warm. The manager was kind and had a pretty nose.
