I visited with high expectations. First of all, the environment was very comfortable ㅇㅇ But from registration onward, the waiting time was much longer than I expected, and there was almost no explanation about the progress in the middle The staff’s response felt more just okay than kind..? Not rude, but not especially warm either. I had a few questions, but instead of getting detailed explanations, it felt like they answered briefly and moved on. The consultation also ended faster than I expected, so it didn’t feel like I had received a proper consultation. Out of all the places I consulted, this was the most expensive consultation fee The facility was neat, but other than that I didn’t get any particularly good impression. Overall, it felt like they were not paying close attention to the patient, and I didn’t feel like I wanted to come back.
