I mentioned that my lips usually look asymmetrical and that even when I put on lipstick, I don’t have a defined cupid’s bow, so the shape doesn’t look pretty. It was my first time getting lip filler, so I was nervous, but the staff guided me kindly, which made the consultation more comfortable than I expected. The doctor checked the look of my lips both when my mouth was closed and when I smiled, and recommended focusing on defining the outline clearly rather than just adding volume. When I showed the photo I wanted, they honestly explained what shape would look pretty on my own lips, which I liked. They said it didn’t seem necessary to touch the corners of my mouth too, and suggested we first see the change with lip filler alone. It was my very first time getting lip filler, so I asked about the texture differences between filler types, how long they last, and what to watch out for if bruising happens, and they answered each question one by one. I thought the consultation would end quickly, but it lasted longer than expected, which was actually nice. The staff and the doctor were all kind, so it seems worth getting a consultation.
