I had my first nose surgery with Director Kim Jin-woo (ear cartilage + donor rib), bulbous nose correction, and columella-nasolabial angle correction, and also used a 3D custom implant! I was worried because my bulbous nose made the tip look round and spread out, but during the consultation they explained everything in detail according to my nose structure, which I liked, and they designed it in a way that improved it naturally rather than making it excessively high, so I was even more satisfied. I was worried at first because there was swelling after surgery, but as time passed, my nasal line feels much more refined. Now it has been 2 months since surgery, and overall it looks more natural. I am looking forward to seeing what it looks like once all the swelling is completely gone~~ haha
