The clinic was not that large, but it was clean and well maintained. First of all, the consultation coordinator spoke in a way that sounded even more like an expert than the surgeon, so I was very satisfied with the consultation. She pointed out things I had not realized about why I disliked my own face, which was a little hurtful, but it was not wrong, so I accepted it. Also, on the day of the consultation, I saw a patient here who said they would have surgery and reconstruction here and would not be coming back, but I do not know the reason, so it felt a bit unsettling. I also saw other people coming in to check their surgical progress. I could not look closely, but they all seemed satisfied and looked pretty too.
