Very satisfied. He made my face shape exactly like the Photoshop reference I brought. I asked for the cheekbones to be slightly rounded rather than flat, with an egg-shaped look. For the first few weeks, the side cheekbones felt rounder than I expected, so I had a little regret thinking, “I wish they had held it back a bit.” But that was swelling!! As time passed and the swelling went down, the line became exactly like the photo I brought in Photoshop, with just a slightly rounded finish. If you have a long face, I think it’s worth considering making the cheekbones slightly rounded from the front. I had almost no side effects. My nerves and sensation were all fine, and the recovery was quick. The office manager was kind and nice. The doctor followed the recovery well and even came in to check on me the night of surgery. The before-and-after difference was dramatic to me, so I’m very satisfied, but it’s a difficult surgery, so think it through carefully and get it done at a safe place. And the pain was truly the worst, but if I had to do it again, I would.
