I had a consultation with Dr. Heo Jin for nose surgery yesterday. Since I'm easily scared, I was thinking about doing no-implant surgery without shaving the hump and only raising the tip with ear cartilage, but the doctor said doing it that way would be meaningless. Because my hump is quite pronounced, he suggested shaving it and then using Gore-Tex plus a nose tip lift with ear cartilage for the estimate. During the consultation, the doctor's relaxed (?) atmosphere and the fact that he has specialized in nose surgery in one place for over 20 years were things I evaluated positively. The coordinator also said she has been with the doctor for 20 years, which made me trust them. But my hump is fairly severe, and since I'm timid, I'm still debating whether to go through with the surgery Advice please.
