I had double-eyelid surgery with non-incisional fixation two years ago. Looking back now, the doctor was kind, but he had no personal opinion at all. He never said things like, from a professional point of view this would look better, or this line would suit you better. He was the type who just did whatever the patient asked for. Anyone getting cosmetic work done here should have a very clear aesthetic sense of their own. Also, I am not sure if it is because of my skin type, but even though I had surgery with non-incisional fixation, I can still see stitch marks when I close my eyes.. There are white stitch marks, and this place has a very strong pinching style. Even if you ask for a natural look, they still clamp it down with very strong fixation.. Make sure you know that before surgery..
