I had a consultation for double chin a few months ago. They recommended muscle binding + liposuction, and said there isn't much fat in my chin so the effect of liposuction would be minimal. If I remember correctly, muscle binding is done by making an incision of about 1.5 to 2 cm under the chin and performing the surgery, and the liposuction is done by hand. + There were many foreign patients at the clinic.
