I went in for a consultation about a temporal lift. They specialize in lifting, and the doctor is a Seoul National University graduate, so I had high expectations. The doctor was kind and made me feel comfortable, and he honestly consulted with me as much as possible about my needs, but somehow I still didn't feel convinced. But there was this female manager with short hair there who spoke in such an unpleasant way and made such a disgusted facial expression that I honestly wanted to tell the director that this employee might end up driving patients away. I usually don't react like this, but among all the consultations I've been to, this was truly the most unpleasant. I hope the director reads this.
