Hair removal is basically run like a factory, so they’re always busy. At first I felt like the staff were unfriendly (it was my first time getting hair removal, and when I asked questions because the explanations were lacking, the answers felt vague and a bit annoyed), but since it’s a simple and cheap procedure, it didn’t really matter much. I also got treated by a male doctor, and there was absolutely nothing unpleasant about it; he was kind.
