I only had a consultation with the manager. It was Black Label Cell Exosome and they used DermaShine. I don't know which doctor it was, but I was treated twice by a male doctor and twice by a female doctor. They make you get the anesthetic cream on for 20 minutes at minimum, and when I said I wanted to leave it on longer, they let me keep it on for up to 30 minutes. After removing the anesthetic cream, when the doctor comes in, if it seems like it's going to sting, they hand you the cooling tool and you use it yourself. But the male doctor seems to have done it more superficially, because there was almost no redness, no pain at all, almost no bleeding, and the effect lasted about 5 to 7 days. The female doctor hurt a bit, there was quite a bit of redness and bleeding, but the effect seemed to last about 10 days. It's completely factory-like, but for this kind of procedure it doesn't seem bad..? They opened it in front of me and showed me the mixing! I've also had another procedure here, and even then they showed me the genuine tip being opened.
