I made a reservation and went exactly as in other reviews, but I still waited more than an hour. What's more, they asked me to come 30 minutes late because the director's surgery would finish late, so if you factor that in, it was almost an hour and a half of waiting. The director seemed very busy with consultations and surgeries. The consultation was shorter than I expected, and out of all the places I have been to so far, not a single one had mentioned fat grafting, but here they strongly recommended it. They said it could be done without grafting too, but I was worried they might just rush through it. It seemed like most of the people there were coming for under-eye area or eye-specialist consultations. I also saw some older people.
