The consultation was kind, and I decided on surgery after looking at the before-and-after photos. They inserted it diagonally from the bridge of the nose all the way to the tip, crookedly, and because it’s crooked a step formed, so when you look from under the nose, the empty part and the step show up purple. The columella was completely bent too, the nostrils were crushed, and they turned it into a long nose with a droopy, miserable look. They said it was all scar tissue and that it would return 100% (they said they would give scar-tissue injections, while other doctors said absolutely not to get them because the thin skin could get depressed). And they said my original nose was in bad shape and that we’d have to wait a year or even two (a typical stall tactic) They refused to admit medically that it was crooked. The worst clinic ever
