Before surgery: after the outer canthoplasty, conjunctival exposure + a D shape Surgery: upper canthoplasty, revision of outer canthoplasty, lower canthoplasty, 3 procedures in total After surgery: eyes look bigger, eye shape is half-moon, conjunctival exposure and the D shape resolved After the outer canthoplasty went badly, I was under so much stress that I was nearly collapsing. But after the revision, everything got better. I also had canthoplasty done at the same time, and that was not something I had planned from the start, but while looking through Sight blog reviews, I noticed quite a few people had revision and canthoplasty done together. Among them, full canthoplasty looked the prettiest to me. As I kept reading, I developed the desire not just to fix it, but to make my eyes as pretty as possible. When I went for the consultation and asked, they said that instead of the inner canthoplasty, doing revision plus upper canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty together could prevent my eyes from getting smaller while making the eye shape half-moon, which would give me the look I wanted. My goal was not for my eyes to become dramatically bigger, so I thought fewer procedures would be better, and I had the surgery as the director recommended. I am completely satisfied now. It has been about 4 months, and the scar was only there at the very beginning; it has been gone for quite a while now. After meeting up with friends I had not seen since the failed outer canthoplasty, I kept hearing only compliments like how pretty I looked and where I got it done, and I could really feel that the surgery had gone well. My eye shape became more rounded, and I got much closer to the look I was aiming for, so I am really happy that I went all in with the canthoplasty at once. Even though it was a revision, it was not a big burden financially, so if I had to go back, I would do the same thing again.

Not bad for a factory-style clinic. The consultation manager was more professional than I expected and suggested other procedures, but there was not much pressure. Every time I visited, the manager I had consulted with came to greet me and
