I had been torn between this place and another one until the end for my nose surgery, but I hesitated because of its premium reputation and ended up having surgery elsewhere. I was dissatisfied and went back for a revision consultation. From community posts and comments, it seemed like many people had good results at [Clinic A]. They were definitely kind and explained things in detail, so I recommend going for a consultation. They explain while editing photos on an iPad. It was a re-revision, but because it was only the tip of the nose, it was not as expensive as I expected. I wanted a closed approach for the revision, but they said revision surgery would be done open, and that they might need to use additional ear cartilage, which they would only know after opening it up. They seemed to say exactly what I wanted to hear, which is tempting, but because of the reviews saying it’s very natural, I’m wondering whether the improvement will actually be clear in surgery.
