What I liked most of all was the material. I was really drawn to the custom implant, and the consultation was so good that I had decided to have surgery here, but in the end I couldn't because of personal circumstances. Once things get sorted out, I'm planning to get surgery here right away this year without going around to any more places. The part that made me trust them most was the epicanthoplasty consultation. After going to a few other hospitals, I kept getting completely opposite answers like 'you don't need to do epicanthoplasty' and 'you should do it' (+ do lateral canthoplasty too), so I was very torn. But here they honestly explained what problem epicanthoplasty would solve and what would change if I had it done. It was the first time I heard that I have a bit of Mongolian fold even though my eyes are open somewhat wide front and back. It was also the first time I heard that if I do epicanthoplasty, my double eyelid could change from outer to in-out. They also recommended the right mm size for my nasal implant, which I liked. That said, there wasn't any post-surgery simulation, which left a bit of regret. They did explain things well over my photo using drawings, but because it wasn't implemented in 3D, it was hard to understand exactly how it would change. So I gave 4 points. I'm planning to go back for another consultation near the end of this year.
