With other hospitals, even if it is a real model consultation, the director still sees you, but here there was no consultation with the director at all. It was just a consultation through the consultant manager, and they said only after the director confirms it and says okay do you get a consultation with the director, so that part felt a bit odd haha. Still, the consultant I talked to kept saying why do something if it seems unnecessary, and it felt like they were only having me do what was really needed and reflecting my needs well. But since I never actually met the director who would make the incision on my face, there was nothing I could really evaluate, so I gave the surgery expectation score 1 point. That part was really disappointing.
