It's a factory-style clinic. There were so many people that weekends were chaotic, and both the manager who consulted me and the staff who handled my hair removal were far from friendly If they had explained things well and in detail, I might have added other treatments too, but I was put off and didn't. For something like hair removal, you need to go for 10 sessions anyway, and since it wasn't far from where I live, it made sense to keep going, so I did. But I do not recommend important treatments other than hair removal! Go somewhere more private and attentive.
