Over two days, I went to four clinics for consultations. I'm planning to go to more in the future, haha. But the famous places were already fully booked, so consultation appointments were like February and March and stuff ㅠㅠ For now, I'm planning to go around to different places, mostly the ones I keep seeing in reviews.
My main goal is a forehead lift.. While I'm at it, I'm also looking into breast surgery or zygoma surgery too.
SPLRS All the waiting and everything took about 2 hours.. I had separate consultations with different doctors for the forehead lift and the breasts.. They didn't seem to do zygoma surgery. Maybe because of that, they said I probably wouldn't need to do zygoma surgery, and recommended Ultherapy or liposuction instead.
Consultation with the head director The forehead lift was basically what I already knew. Just that it would be okay if I did it.. they didn't really recommend anything else. It ended very simply.
Consultation with the doctor in charge of breasts? It was my first time ever getting a breast consultation.. they had me take my clothes off and show everything, and wow, it was really embarrassing lol I also touched implants for the first time.. they actually put implants inside my bra and looked at the shape. They tried a full C cup and a full B cup and looked at the shape. Maybe because it was too small, but I think I prefer something moderate over something too big. Will I regret it??
They said I had to put down a reservation deposit, so I put down 50,000 won ㅠ Later, when I asked for a refund of the deposit, after payment they said I had to send 10,000 won for the consultation fee before they would cancel it ㅡㅡ
YB I won't do the breasts there, For the forehead lift, if I do it with the head director, is it 3.3 million? But if I do it with another doctor, it's 2.75 million. For the zygoma, they have something called Easy Zygoma? It seemed like a quick zygoma procedure without fixation, for 1.75 million. I really liked the pricing there.. haha They also strongly recommended Ultherapy.. At the beginning, for the zygoma consultation, they said I had to get a CT scan for 50,000 won, so I said I wouldn't get scanned and would just do the consultation.
RK They don't do zygoma here, and it seems like a specialist hospital for lifting.. Since they don't do zygoma, they said zygoma surgery probably wasn't necessary anyway, and for the forehead lift they recommended a small one? Just two spots, not a full forehead lift.. 1.65 million The price is much cheaper than a full forehead lift. (With fixed sutures) They also recommended forehead lift + liposuction or fat grafting, or Ultherapy...
B Consultation fee and X-ray fee were free. The whole building is a plastic surgery clinic. They even have a place that does X-rays professionally.. I got all sorts of X-rays taken, but when it came to the actual consultation, they didn't look at the X-rays even once.
For the zygoma, they said there probably wouldn't be much difference in how much goes in.. but they said it would still probably be better to do it..
(When I asked, 'If the effect isn't that big, is it really worth doing it even if I have to accept the side effect of facial sagging?' they said because they reduce it by such a small amount, the facial sagging would also be small.. lol) After hearing that, I started wondering whether I should even get the zygoma surgery at all...
For the forehead lift, they said it would be better to do forehead lift + eyebrow lift together.
This place was a bit expensive.. the most expensive out of the four places. It somehow felt a little... hmm..
So I visited all four places, but there wasn't really anywhere that I especially liked. It's been about 10 years since I last went around plastic surgery clinics, so I don't have a good sense for this, but what exactly am I supposed to ask?? I don't even know how I'm supposed to do this. Do I just say the surgery I want and ask whether it's the right one? I don't really have anything specific to ask ㅠㅜ
