I visited to consult about a hump nose and functional nose issues. The overall atmosphere of the hospital was comfortable, and the consultation staff were friendly. The guidance process was relatively smooth, and the overall response was fine. Before the consultation, there was something I had discussed with the manager, and the director seemed to explain things based on that, giving the strong impression of speaking mainly from the information they had received rather than doing a detailed consultation while carefully looking at my condition directly. The director was kind, but personally the atmosphere made it hard to continue asking questions comfortably, and I felt as if they wanted to finish the consultation quickly, which was disappointing.
