I suddenly got a very severe acne breakout, so I visited. I only wanted extraction, but they said they do not handle it that way, so I first had a consultation with the director. I thought they would recommend lasers or something like that, but he honestly said that for this level, extraction and a few rounds of care would be enough, and if I found care annoying, he could just give me an ointment to apply. But I wanted the care, so I went ahead with that. Then I immediately had a consultation with the manager, and there was no pressure or sales push at all, she just said to do whatever I wanted. In the end, the care went well and the acne cleared up completely, so I am satisfied.
