First of all, the director seemed very confident about noses. He said he had not been doing eyes for several years, so he declined eye surgery. I got a consultation for bulbous-nose correction and donor rib cartilage, and he said he does not use ear cartilage. He did not charge separately for the CT, only the consultation fee. He analyzed the CT for me, which made him feel trustworthy.
