My eyes were really bad, so without glasses I could barely see anything. Before SMILE LASIK, when I was examined at the eye clinic, I think my prescription was around -7 to -8 diopters. I was worried about the pain, but after the anesthesia wore off on the evening of surgery, there was no pain at all except for stinging eyes. My vision was good from the next day, and being able to see my face clearly in the mirror while washing was so convenient. But as a LASIK side effect, I got severe glare at night.. maybe because it's only been 1 month? I hope it gets better... Because of the glare, I can't strongly recommend it. +) And I asked the eye clinic director if it was okay to get double eyelids only one month after SMILE LASIK, and they said it was okay, so I had double-eyelid surgery a few days ago.. But during that surgery, the eyes are pressed a lot and the eyes themselves seem to be irritated quite a bit, so if you're thinking of getting double-eyelid surgery after SMILE LASIK, I think it would be safer to wait 2 months...
