About 2 years have passed since the surgery. I have poor eyesight and some astigmatism, so I had been thinking about LASEK and went only for an eye exam, but they said SMILE LASIK was possible, so I said I would do it today. They said it would be cheaper if I did it today, so I just said to go ahead and do it.. haha The surgery time was very short, and aside from a little eye discomfort after surgery, there was truly nothing uncomfortable at all. After the surgery, I ate a hamburger at a nearby McDonald's. Yes, this is just random TMI. Save up money and definitely get SMILE LASIK. You can resume daily life from the same day, not even the next day.
