It was literally an extreme nose, and the tip became hard and kept lifting, so I got revision rhinoplasty from the director. Because it was a contracture issue, they recommended using a safer material with better support, so I had surgery with autologous costal cartilage. Also, when using autologous costal cartilage, they said that building the support with a four-layer structure gives much better fixation and helps bring down an elevated tip. Now even from the front my nostrils are not very visible, and the tip looks like it has come down well I spent a really huge amount of money on my nose, but this time it seems to have turned out well Since they have to take autologous costal cartilage, some tightness at first is unavoidable, but it gradually gets better over time, so everyone getting surgery with autologous costal cartilage does not need to worry too much.
