Eye Surgery Reviews

1-month review of Gift incision eyelid correction

This is a review of male ptosis incision eyelid correction surgery. Since childhood, my parents had suspected ptosis and kept recommending surgery to prevent frown lines between the eyebrows, but before my recent wedding I decided I wanted to correct my eyes, so I chose to have surgery. I also had some asymmetry between my eyes, so my goal was to correct the eyelid line while also making the size difference between the eyes a little more even, and I looked for a hospital with that in mind. In the end, I consulted at about 12 plastic surgery clinics in the Gangnam area. I visited every place that had even one or two reviews about male eye surgery. Most men said they decide after visiting 2 or 3 places, but because wedding preparations were also being handled very carefully, and because this was my first plastic surgery and the wedding was imminent, even if aftercare was available the time risk was large, so I couldn't help worrying more. I also knew that the wedding industry has many event discounts such as same-day contract benefits and on-site contract offers. But since I also knew those discounts were not a major advantage, I set a few criteria and narrowed down my options while choosing a clinic.1. A place that does not push same-day contract benefits or force a contract.2. A place without multiple surgeons. (A place where only the main director personally handles everything)3. The quality of the consultation with the coordinator and the atmosphere4. Consultation with the surgeon (details of the eyelid line, etc.)After a week of deliberation and consultations, I decided to trust my eyes to Director Yoo Gi-hyun at Gift and signed the contract. The biggest reasons I chose Gift were:1. When the director designed the eye line, he showed multiple options.2. He drew the eye line with very detailed care. (The consultation time was actually quite long.)3. The price was reasonable compared with other clinics. (It was not the cheapest, but it was a good value.)4. There was no pressure during consultation to decide on same-day contract benefits, on-site contract benefits, or deposit payment. For these reasons I chose Director Yoo Gi-hyun at Gift, and now it has been about one month since the surgery and I am very satisfied. The most common things I hear from people around me are: 'I wanted to get my eyes done too, where did you do it? It looks so natural' 'It looks naturally like your original eyes. I'm glad you had the surgery' and so on. Everyone praises it and says I did really well. From the beginning I asked for a line that would barely stand out, and I was also worried because I had planned a long overseas trip one month after surgery, but fortunately my eyes settled well and ended up in a state where they do not stand out much, so I am satisfied. Even the result at one month is already satisfying, and I am also very much looking forward to how my eyes will look at 4 to 5 months, when they become even more natural (around the wedding photo shoot period). In fact, seeing my eyes, about two acquaintances have also gone for consultations at Gift, and about three other acquaintances are considering it. Honestly, no matter which clinic you go to, I understand agreeing to use eye photos (surgical progress) for advertising (shooting) in exchange for a discount. I also agreed to that. If it were only a review for a discount, I could have written it lightly and ended there, but since I also run a blog and am genuinely very satisfied, I ended up promoting it to people around me and writing this review in detail. If you are worried about male eyelid correction or correcting asymmetrical eyes, I strongly recommend Director Yoo Gi-hyun at Gift.
