My personality is such that I really hate writing reviews, but this time I felt like I had to write one if I didn’t want to regret it.
After my first nose surgery, my nose looked so unnatural. It looked worse in person than in photos, the starting point of the bridge was too high, the silicone showed through, and the tip was bent to the right. As time went by, the tip drooped more and more and the starting point between the eyebrows was extremely high, so my nose looked long and gave off a masculine impression. When I smiled, the tip looked stiff and droopy, so I would cover it with my hand when laughing. Overall it looked like a cheap, overly surgical masculine nose and didn’t suit my face at all. People around me even said I looked better before surgery.
So I went to a lot of consultations at clinics famous for nose removal. But every time I went, they almost treated autologous costal cartilage, dermis, silicone replacement, and septal reinforcement as mandatory. It wasn’t phrased as a recommendation but as something I had to do, and the cost went much higher than expected, so honestly I felt pretty discouraged.
Then I went to this clinic last, and the feeling was different. They didn’t recommend unnecessary additions, and said that just removal alone would be enough, just like I had thought, so I felt much more at ease.
It was also impressive that during the consultation they told me to bring in the nose shape I wanted, photos of my previous nose, and notes about the parts I wanted changed. I felt that they really valued the direction the patient wanted and didn’t do things carelessly, so I trusted them a lot. Other clinics often set the surgery direction right away without this kind of process, but here I felt it was clearly different, so I booked immediately.
Even on the day of surgery, the doctor personally took photos from multiple angles and checked my nose condition in detail, and that process also built my trust.
Recovery after surgery was also incomparable to my first surgery. Because there was no packing, breathing was much easier, and there was almost no bruising even right after surgery.
And the doctor’s aesthetic sense is extremely refined. I’m so satisfied with the nose shape. As the overly high parts were refined, it became much more feminine and natural than the masculine look, and it came out almost exactly like the nose photos I brought in. Actually, it looks even prettier in person. At first I thought it would be enough just to return to my original nose, but now I’m very satisfied because it has become a naturally pretty nose
They also showed me photos of the process after surgery, and it turned out that in the previous hospital the hump had not been properly removed, there were too many threads in the tip, and the silicone had bent inward. They cleaned up even those parts neatly this time. The inside and outside of the nose both feel stable and well done, so I’m extremely satisfied. I could clearly feel the difference in skill, and all the hospital staff were kind too!!
