It has been one month since my autologous costal cartilage nose revision surgery!! I love my nose revision so much, what do you think!?? My nose tip got shorter, and my nostrils became much more asymmetrical, so I had revision surgery with Director Kim Dae-hwa at Lowell Plastic Surgery, and I kept wondering when the swelling and bruising would go down, but already a month has passed lol I had surgery because I heard this director was the one who did lalar nose revision, and the result really is beyond satisfying!! The things I worried about before the revision were the asymmetry of my nostrils, the low bridge, and the round nose tip. I told them I wanted a feminine straight-but-slightly-curved line and that I wanted my nostrils to show less, and to make the nose tip firmer and more lifted, I had revision surgery using autologous costal cartilage!! Now that a month has passed since the revision surgery, I really love the side profile and the nasolabial angle T_T It has become so pretty. I did think maybe I should have been a little greedier, but I am so happy with how natural my nose looks now. It does not look overdone at all, and it seems to suit the image of my face really well. I love how I look prettier in a natural way, and I check first thing every morning to make sure my nose is doing fine lol It looks more refined, and I guess you could say it feels clearer? My previously blurry-looking face now feels more balanced! I got laser treatment for the autologous costal cartilage scar as part of aftercare, so I do not worry about it and feel at ease. My nose still has a bit of residual swelling, so the sensation in the tip has not fully returned yet, but I am even more excited to see my future nose as the swelling keeps going down and it gets prettier. I end up taking out my camera and taking photos every day haha Anyway, I am extremely satisfied If you are worried about an autologous costal cartilage scar, I think having surgery and treatment at Lowell would be a good idea!
