The dorsal hump on my nose had been a huge worry since I was little, but during my first consultation the doctor honestly told me that completely removing it would be difficult, and I was drawn to the fact that he did not bring up other unnecessary things. The surgery was done under sedation anesthesia, and when I closed my eyes and opened them again, the surgery was already over and the result was exactly as explained. And when I told him separately that I was worried the height might drop with time, he took that into account as well and did the surgery. It is only week 2 so I still need to watch the progress, but so far I am very satisfied.
