1 month rhinoplasty review (alar reduction + donated rib cartilage + dorsal hump correction + silicone)

Posting my 1 month review based on photos :) This time I had surgery at [Clinic B] with Director Ham Giwon: alar reduction + donated rib cartilage + dorsal hump correction + silicone for the nasal bridge. First of all, it's only 1 month, so it is not fully settled yet, but the swelling has gone down a lot compared to the early stage, and the line is clearly more refined. Before surgery I had a dorsal hump, so the side profile felt bumpy, but now the nasal bridge looks much smoother and gives a much more polished impression. Since the nostrils were reduced as well, the nose looks smaller and more defined overall, and my facial proportions feel better too, so I'm quite satisfied. I was a little worried because donated rib cartilage was used, but so far it has been maintained stably without any major discomfort. If I think about how much more swelling will go down, I am even more excited for what's ahead 👍 Overall, it feels natural yet clearly changed, so I think it could be helpful for anyone worried about their nose!
