Because my nose was low and blunt, I was afraid of taking side-profile photos, so I decided to get rhinoplasty. I had consulted at other hospitals too, but only Dr. Ham Giwon at Gwangsaeng Plastic Surgery clearly explained the pros and cons and thought through with me how my nose could look better, so I think I decided without much hesitation. The price was a bit burdensome, but he said I would regret it unless I did it, so I had hump correction, autologous costal cartilage, and silicone in the bridge. The first week after surgery was a bit hard, and in the second week, when the splint and stitches were removed, I could see the nose line I wanted and I could breathe so much better that I was really happy.
