3-month review of male bulbous, long nose correction

I always just looked at info posts, so I’m sharing my own 3-month progress too. I had it done by Director Kim Guk-hyeon at Human Plastic Surgery, and my original nose was a bulbous nose that looked spread out from the front and a long drooping nose tip from the side. The materials used were a 3D implant, and for the tip I used autologous costal cartilage to prevent drooping and create a straight line. For the first one or two months, the swelling in the bridge and tip did not go down neatly and it annoyed me every day, but once it reached month three, the line definitely started showing. The bulbous nose that looked wide from the front seems to have improved a lot too, and once the drooping tip was lifted, people kept saying my whole impression became much cleaner. The pain at the area where the autologous costal cartilage was harvested is now completely gone, and I’m very satisfied, so if someone has a nose similar to how mine was before surgery, I recommend this combination.
