I went for a consultation about donor rib nose surgery and nasal aesthetic surgery, and the director explained why fillers have their limits and said that if you only raise the bridge for design purposes, the tip of the nose can look blunt, so the tip direction needs to be adjusted together. He said the goal was to balance the overall proportions. He showed me similar cases in photos, and the results looked good. The consultation didn't feel rushed at all, so I asked a bunch of things I was curious about, and he answered everything. I was worried because it was my first nose surgery, but I feel a bit more sorted out now... It was nice to be able to learn about the surgery process and recovery period in detail too
