Non-implant hump nose consultation hopping review at DR and SJ

I don't exactly remember how many places I searched online... I think I spent about half a year looking around bit by bit before seriously starting to search. I have a hump nose and a drooping tip, so I went to consultations hoping the hump itself would not be visible and only the tip would be neatly raised!! It wasn't easy to find a director whose style matched mine perfectly, so I made a list of hospitals to visit based on whether I didn't think, wow, this is too flashy; but instead, it was pretty, and whether they did a variety of nose surgeries and a lot of non-implant cases. I had five consultations in total.. 3 near Gangnam Station and 2 near Sinnonhyeon Station, so it wasn't too exhausting to go back and forth.. Maybe because I went that way for three days anyway. I wanted something natural, so I met the directors in person for consultations, and except for one place, they all said it was possible without implants!! The common parts were hump reduction + tip + bulbous-nose correction, but from there each director differed... First: hump reduction + tip (septal cartilage + ear cartilage) + bulbous-nose correction (fat removal + cartilage tying) - they did not recommend alar reduction because it can make the nostrils even smaller and make breathing a bit harder, and can also leave a scar; the columella and nasolabial angle are included during nose surgery, so there is no extra charge separately Second: hump reduction + tip (septal cartilage + ear cartilage) + bulbous-nose correction + alar reduction Third: hump reduction + tip (donor rib cartilage) + bulbous-nose correction + columella correction + nasolabial angle correction Fourth: hump reduction + tip (septal cartilage + ear cartilage) + bulbous-nose correction + alar reduction + nasolabial angle correction + columella correction Fifth: silicone + hump reduction + tip (donor rib cartilage + ear cartilage) + bulbous-nose correction The hospital that said silicone was necessary was one where I had no desire to put silicone in at all. I also judged that alar reduction was not absolutely necessary for me. There were hospitals that added fees for columella or nasolabial angle work, and then the overall nose surgery price jumped a lot... After finishing the consultations, I thought about it a lot for just under a week, and since I still wanted a non-implant result and three directors told me my nose was not one that absolutely needed rib cartilage, I decided to improve only the parts I wanted naturally, so I think I'll do it at DR. The consultation with Director SJ didn't feel like the kind that says everything is absolutely possible!! It was more like he explained well which surgeries I really needed and which ones I didn't really need to do together. He didn't just look at CT; he also examined and explained it by touch, so I felt that for noses, you really have to go in for consultations in person to get a sense. He was pretty honest about his thoughts on surgery and that kind of thing..? It felt plain but detailed.
